Data and Compliance Specialist

Data and compliance specialist will manage internal and external data processes for TDN. They will be responsible for managing our data analytics process and external communication to managed care organizations (MCOs) and their case management. This position will collaborate with client support, MCO, tech support, and doula support teams to improve the quality of data collected. This position will report directly to the CEO. In this position you will:

    • Import referrals into TDN software in batch uploads on a regular basis
    • Export data reports from TDN software for market review
    • Experience and capable of manipulating and transforming raw data using XSL and google sheets
    • Analyze market-specific data for pilot programs and create presentations
    • Conduct quarterly data reports for TDN partners and investors
    • Establish data sharing process for TDN partners and MCOs
    • Provide support on decisions for internal software transition
    • Ensure TDN doulas are in compliance and manage grievance process
    • Starting Pay: $23.00- $26.00

    Doula Outreach Specialist

    Our goal is to create a robust doula network across the country. We are looking for a creative and collaborative thinker who has birthworker experience and a passion for maternal and child health. An ideal candidate will have experience as a birth doula or birthworker. This position reports directly to doula team lead, Sharon Lonix. In this position you will:

    • Be responsible for outreaching local doulas based on the pilot target areas and the cultural needs of the client population
    • Coordinate with marketing team to build awareness of pilot program for doulas, clients, and community entities
    • Develop recruitment strategy to increase number of doulas in existing markets
    • Collaborate with other members of the doula support team to create resource lists for the doulas
    • Work cross functionally with the client support and managed care teams to create a pilot wrap-up plan
    • Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred
    • Starting Pay: $20.00-$23.00

    Community and Client Referrals Specialist

    Our goal is to create a network of support for our clients through community resources. We’re looking for an out of the box thinker who has a background in resource management and a passion for maternal and child health. This position will report directly to our client support team lead, Abigail Wakefield. In this position you will:

    • Work cross functionally between different TDN departments, such as Client Support and Doula Support teams to ensure all referrals are received and processed
    • Actively track incoming resource referrals and document their connection to community resources
    • Process all referral requests and follow up with clients to gauge effectiveness of the resources provided
    • Identify opportunities to build or improve systems of receiving, processing, and gathering referrals and the corresponding resources
    • Collaborate with the team to gather and organize client feedback, using this information to expand our network of client resources
    • Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency preferred
    • Starting Pay: $20.00-$23.00
