Bilingual Intake and Care Support Specialist
- Bilingual Intake and Care Support Specialist is responsible for educating and informing new clients on doula services and extended benefits, completing intake process, insurance verification, and supporting client inquiries. Additional knowledge in doula care and practices (prenatal, labor/delivery, postpartum) is a plus. Must fluently speak and understand English + another language in a professional work setting. Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks. Team member as well as being comfortable working independently. Experienced, passionate and committed to doula and community birth work. Experience in startups, working remotely, and independent project management. A person with previous doula experience and/or understanding is an ideal candidate for this position.
- This is an hourly, non-exempt position, up to 40 hours / week. This position will generally work business hours Monday – Friday (EST) but will have flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and/or weekends in lieu of other hours. This position can move to salary after initial period of 3 – 6 months. - Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
