Sandy is a trained birth and lactation Doula. She loves to empower, educate and uplift women with information to a better self! Sandy draws on her experiences from birthing four children and in witnessing and assisting in many family members' birth of their children for more than 20+ years. As an empty nester, she explored other ways to help families in and around Lancaster and becoming a doula was one of them. Her experiences in advocacy and empowerment will allow her to help women build confidence in one of the most life-changing and sometimes the most uncharted moments in their lives.
