Hey everyone, my name is Jhana almost like Ghana but with a J 🤣. A little background about me , So for a very long time I always knew I wanted to be a nurse and practice health so I left of for college where I received a bachelors in Public Health. . It wasn’t until I’ve had different job experiences that made me want to do a little bit more soul searching within myself to find purpose and full intentions into my career . At these moments I originally thought I wanted to do psych but that was over quick cause chileeee ain’t no convincing them 🥴🥴. Many of us have seen situations where something scary / may seem scary is happening. Birth is definitely one I feel all women and men will face rather it’s your first time or last or just underlying circumstances. As a doula in many ways it is a blessing to be in such a clearly defined space and role. Birth is a scared environment , I find true . I became a Doula because every woman deserves to feel good about her birth experience. I wanted to share with women all of the valuable knowledge and resources , reassurance, and a calm birth space .So it doesn’t have to be so scary now . 💜💜💜
